Video or Phone Consultation (30 Mins)

Service Description

The following is included in this service: (1) You will choose a time that suits you for our video conference on the booking page (this can be changed to a phone conference if you prefer - just let me know). (2) Once you book the service, you will be sent a link to complete your client intake form. I will review the answers in your client intake form and a copy will be emailed to you for your records. (3) We will have a video consultation (up to 30 mins) where we will discuss your child's sleep issues. I will provide you with verbal advice during our consultation to help you resolve the issues. Notes: - This service is suitable for parents/caregivers of children aged 0-5 years. - If you are seeking help with a more significant sleep issue (such as teaching your baby to sleep independently (4+ months) or learning how to soothe your newborn (0-3 months), I recommend that you purchase the 'Custom Sleep Plan + 7 Days of Support' package so that you will have a comprehensive sleep plan to refer back to whenever you need it as well as 7 days of support from me.
