(c) information (including health information relating to your child) that you disclose during the course of a consultation;

(d) information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths);

(e) information that you provide to us when registering with our website (including your email address, login and password details); and

(f) information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (including your name and email address).

Before you disclose to us the Personal Information of another person, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4 Using Personal Information

Sleepy Mum may use and disclose Personal Information:

(a) to provide and improve our services (including consultations, sleep plans and support services);

You may do any of these things by contacting us using the contact details on our website.

If you request access to your or your child’s Personal Information or ask us to correct or update information about you or your child, we may need verify your identity. In some circumstances, there may be a valid reason for us to deny your request to access or correct your information. If we deny your request, we will explain why.

Sleepy Mum may withhold Personal Information that you request to the extent permitted by law.

You may instruct us at any time not to process your or your child’s Personal Information for marketing purposes. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes.

11 Cookies
