Custom Sleep Plan + 7 Days of Support

Service Description

The following is included in this service: (1) When you book this service, you will choose a time that suits you for our video conference. (2) After you complete your booking, you will be emailed a link to complete your client intake form. I will review the answers in your client intake form and a copy of your answers will be emailed to you for your records. (3) Our video consultation (up to 30 mins) will take place where we will discuss the information in your client intake form and any questions or concerns that you may have. (4) I will create your custom sleep plan and email it to you within 48 hours of our video consultation. Your sleep plan will be tailored to you and your baby using the information in your client intake form and our discussions during our consultation. Your sleep plan will include information about paediatric sleep, age-appropriate sleep routines, my 'Golden Sleep Rules' and steps for teaching an older baby (4+ months) how to sleep independently or steps for soothing a newborn baby (0-3 months). (5) You will have 7 days of support from me (starting on the day that I email you your sleep plan) to help you implement the plan. I will check in with you every day, and you can ask me questions at any time via text or email. I will get back to you as soon as possible, noting that my business hours are 8am - 5pm, everyday. Note: This service is suitable for parents/caregivers of children aged 0-5 years.

Cancellation Policy
